PARTICIPANTS:
Must attend: Future National, Local organization officers, members from all chapters.

TARGETS and OBJECTIVES:
- Training programs and materials would be towards ONE, UNITY, and must have the spirit of ONE, related to the Power of One - Together theme.
- participants will have new paradigm, new knowledge about JCI nationally and internationally
-organizational, project planning, chairmanship, parliamentary procedures, etc),
-become a challenge taker, a better team player, a better leader.
- came up with solution oriented for the current issues in JCI Indonesia

CONCEPTS:
- indoor and outdoor activities
- early morning activities started with morning exercise, flag rise, synergy, continued with training modules until evening
- Participants will be given tasks, as personal and as a team, in a very dynamic 'fun but serious' atmosphere, through games and simulations from creating chant, cooking dishes to unity hunt etc.
- using different kind of tools, LCD, computer, music, etc.
